By accessing and using Loose Livestock ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Loose Livestock provides time tracking and invoicing tools for freelancers and independent contractors. The Service allows you to track billable hours, manage clients and projects, and generate professional invoices.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5. Subscription and Payment

Professional subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

7. Data Retention

Free accounts: Time entries older than 3 months are archived (read-only). Professional accounts: Unlimited data retention.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Loose Livestock and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Loose Livestock be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
